Alexander Tung, CFA

Alexander is an Associate with the Investment Strategy Group at Bel Air Investment Advisors. He joined Bel Air in 2017 and is integral in all aspects of the research process, including but not limited to public and private fund due diligence, portfolio performance and risk analytics, asset allocation, and economic and capital market outlooks.

Prior to joining Bel Air, Alexander was a Summer Account Management Analyst at Pacific Alternative Asset Management Company where he helped create optimal portfolio asset allocation models for institutional clients.

Alexander holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. He graduated cum laude and attained his dual Bachelors of Science degree in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the University of California, Los Angeles. During his time at UCLA, Alexander was a member of the Simon Fellows program, an innovative subset of the Sharpe Fellows program that connects students with top investment management firms. His hobbies include playing the piano and guitar, reading, and working out.
