Heather Wald

Heather joined Bel Air Investment Advisors in 2011. She provides investment advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, foundations, and endowments. She has in-depth experience in asset allocation implementation, modeling, manager selection and next-generation wealth planning. Heather is a voting member of the firm’s Investment Committee and Fixed Income Committee. Her previous experience includes investment advisory work at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank.

Heather grew up in Westport, Connecticut. After attending Hopkins School in New Haven, she moved to California for college. Heather graduated magna cum laude from Pomona College in Claremont, California, where she double majored in political science and French. She also spent a summer working at the United Nations in New York. Heather received her MBA with honors from Columbia Business School with concentrations in finance and economics, and a special focus on ESG and impact investing. She remains an active member of the Columbia Women in Business community.

Heather lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two daughters.
